1. Use a sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before outdoor activities for optimal protection. Apply again after two hours.
2. Your skin is not an object of experiment. So use the proper treatment for healthy skin.
3. Exercise regularly and balance the activity and adequate rest.
4. The skin will keep its softness, smoothness, suppleness and the tightness if the body is fulfilled with the needed amounts of water. So, try to drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
5. Since the improvement and growth of skin cells occurs when we fall asleep, have a better sleep will slow down the process of premature aging.
